Act 3 - Scene 19

Doing pretty good so far!
  1. I went to bed at 9:30 and got to sleep around 10:30!
  2. Got up at 5am
  3. -15oz

    Total: 65oz! almost goal!
  4. Breakfast: one large piece breakfast bake(5:15am)
    Snack: most of a "brain bar" granola/nut/etc. bar and two shots of espresso with cream (9am)
    Lunch: half of a market bowl: mixed greens, quinoa, cranberries, almonds, brussel sprouts with bacon and a lemon basil vinaigrette (11am)
    Snack: small iced chai latte (1:30pm)
    Dinner: one large piece breakfast bake and a cinnamon roll (5pm)

  5. Exercise? After 10 hours on my feet, it wasn't an option
  6. Devotional? :/ no
  7. Spent about $8 on the market bowl and forgot the feta cheese
  8. Creating? .......good customer experiences
  9. - Ate breakfast and got ready for work
    -Worked 5:45am-4:10pm
    -Ate dinner
    -Updated all needed parties
    -Took care of Baby
    -Socialized with roomate and her boyfriend
  10. Did not force myself to exercise and rested my body in quiet after spending a lot of energy "people-ing" and on my feet today.
The rest of my stuff moves here tomorrow!

Act 3 - Scene 18

Doing pretty good so far!
  1. I got to sleep somewhere around 11:45am I think (no bed, still sleeping on the couch) It was kind of patchy sleep but that happens.

  4. Breakfast: Hand sized piece of biscuits and gravy breakfast bake (biscuit, egg, cheese, sausage, gravy)
    Snack: less than 1/4 cup of leftover berry smoothie (10am)
    Lunch:Tuna salad sandwich and tea (1:30pm)

    Dinner: Poutine, a slice of quiche, a small salad and a cup of hot apple cider
    Snack: X
  5. Exercise? none besides work
  6. Devotional? none :/
  7. No money spent (2pm)
    No money spent still (9pm)
  8. Creating?
  9. - Made Breakfast bake
    -Showered and did hair
    -Fed Baby and let her out to run a bit
    -Washed dishes
    -Worked 8am-1pm
    -Made lunch
    -Unloaded the dishwasher
    -Took out trash and washed the garbage can
    -Contacted old DM about missing paycheck
    -Had good dinner with Panda and resisted buying super cute clothes
    -Came home at a decent time
    -Gave Baby kale
    -Wore retainer! 
  10. I cut the caffeine completely out of today and opted for a pretty solid nap instead, since I didn't sleep very well last night.

Act 3 - Scene 17

I know, I missed a ton of days but I'm back now. I'll try to stay consistent. Moving to a different state is a pretty big change!
  1. I got to sleep somewhere around 12:45am I think (no bed, sleeping on the couch)
  2. Got up around 9am
  3. 15oz (11am)
    20oz (4pm)
    5oz (10:40pm)
    Total: 40oz
  4. Breakfast: One piece of peanut butter toast (11am)
    Snack:X
    Lunch: about a quarter of a package of ramen and an egg (2:45pm)
    Snack: aprox quarter cup cheddar cheese and a medium iced white mocha (5:30pm)
    Dinner:3/4 package ramen and egg (10pm)
    Snack: 3/4 berry iced caramel roll (10:20pm)
  5. Worked for 6.5 hours on my feet but no extra exercise
  6. Listened to good Christian music but no devotional
  7. Didn't eat out at all.
    Bought: Eggs, sausage, kale, shredded cheese, biscuits, gravy mix and an eyelash curler.
  8. Unpacked decorations and wrote this post
  9. -Made to-do list for the day
    -Updated wall calendar for KI
    -Reported truck as sold and dropped the insurance coverage (last night)
    -Researched pet/farm supply stores in my area
    -Updated parents on progress
    -Fed Bun
    -Went grocery shopping
    -Worked 3pm-9:15pm
    -Cooked sausage for breakfast bake
  10. Slept in and am going to bed now instead of setting up the breakfast bake. Need to drink more water but not terribly dehydrated. Didn't leave myself enough time to eat substantially before work.
It was a good day.

  4. Breakfast = none
    Lunch = chocolate chunk pancakes (around 2pm)
    Snack = none
    Dinner = meat and potato burrito, small potato ole and small root beer from Taco John's
    Snack = half a box of Kraft mac n cheese

  7. Didn't buy anything. Paid auto insurance for 6 months.
  8. I did my makeup....does that count?
  9. -Fed Baby and cleaned her litter box
    -Showered and did hair
    -Made chocolate chip pancakes
    -Did makeup
    -Packed a box of bathroom stuff
    -Let Baby run around for exercise (multiple hours)
    -Paid Auto Insurance bill
    -Researched new vehicle options
    -Ate dinner
    -Backing up old phone so I can switch to new
    -Got insurance quotes for new vehicles
  10. I needed to sleep in and try to relax a bit. I enjoyed an episode of Dr. Who with my parents and time with Baby. After dinner snack was also needed.
The stress is strong with this one.

    Snack = protein bar and some ugua
    Dinner = small fry, 2 chicken snack wraps and a small caramel frappe from McDonalds

  8. -Watched Hobbit movie with book club
    -packed two boxes with Cuddlfish
    -fell asleep (napped)
    -roadtripped with Dad on the hunt for a new truck
  9. Needed rest and food.
The fun little bump in the road of needing a new vehicle ASAP has added to my adventure.

    Snack = handful of kettle chips
    Dinner = leftover noodles and co (about half a cup)

Act 3 - Scene 2

  1. I was awake until 12:45am
  2. I got up before 9am and was awake at 8am

  4. Breakfast = Chocolate Strawberry Keifer: half container goat keifer, 1.5 cups frozen strawberries, 2 packets sweet and low, canned whippinng cream
    Lunch = None
    Snack = Handful of Kettle chips
    Dinner = Two bratwurst and a small apple with half of a large Dairy Queen blizzard for dessert
  5. No exercise
  6. ...
    No devotion, just more worship music.
  7. Didn't buy anything except for required work training course.
    Ate all meals at home though admittedly I didn't eat enough.
  8. Created nothing tangible except for memories.
  9. -Communicated with lots of people about life updates
    -Made breakfast (late)
    -Let Baby (my rabbit) out to run
    -Purchased online class for work training
    -Created personal database
    -Completed 2 sections of training class and quizzes (1pm)
    -Completed rest of training class and quizzes (3:40pm)
    -Showered etc.
    -Took and passed final exam for training class (4pm)
    -Finalized keys for setlist
    -Went to practice and hung out with the team
  10. Need to drink water and eat. (9:10am)
    Relaxed and spent time with friends in the evening.
I really need to pack for moving! Ahhh!
