Breakfast- Muscle Milk Chocolate Breakfast Drink with via coffee added to it
Second Breakfast-Cheese Curds

Lunch-Popcorn Shrimp :: French Fries :: Small Caramel Cooler
Snack-None
Dinner-None
After Dinner Snack-3 Fruits roll ups. Yeah.
5) Exercise- Walked four miles :: 65 min
6) Bible/Devotions- Yep :)
7) Budget- Money spent :: $0
8) Vlogged?-Yep :)
9) Productivity-

    • Made my bed 
    • Brought clean laundry upstairs

Breakfast- Scrambled eggs w/ bacon, green onion, and garlic :: Coffee
Second Breakfast-Trailmix

Lunch-Chicken Curry Soup :: Rice :: Fruit Roll up
Snack-1 Slice of Banana Bread :: Fruit Roll up
Dinner-Left over chicken curry :: Rice
After Dinner Snack-Fruit Snacks....and another fruit roll up....don't judge me.
5) Exercise- Walked two miles :: 45 min
6) Bible/Devotions- _________
7) Budget- Money spent :: $0
8) Vlogged?- yep :)
9) Productivity- 
  • Cleaning-
    • Put away clothes
    • Brought down dishes
    • Made bed better
    • Did a load of laundry

Lunch-Salad , lettuce, bacon, cheese, tomatos, bleu cheese dressing :: French Fries :: Blue Raspberry Cherry Freeze
Snack-Chocolate Mint Luna Bar
Dinner-Half of a giant gyro :: Two widgets (kind of like cinnamon mini donuts)
After Dinner Snack-apples and trail mix
5) Exercise- No-impact running machine/ Cardio :: 30 min - Cool off walk/ treadmill :: 15 min - Arm exercises :: 15 times on two machines
6) Bible/Devotions- _________
7) Budget- Money spent :: $0
8) Vlogged?- yep :)
9) Productivity- 
  • Cleaning-Brought down some of my dishes...

Lunch-Quesodilla w/cheese, chicken, black olives, onion, sour cream :: French Fries :: Lemon Lime Slushy

Dinner-Lemon Garlic Chicken :: Green beans :: Small handful of blueberries :: 4 Strawberries :: 1 Raspberry :: Citrus Drink
After Dinner Snack-Gluten-free brownie :: Half a glass of milk
5) Exercise- Walked a mile :: 30min
6) Bible/Devotions- _________
7) Budget- Money spent :: $0
8) Vlogged?-No memory on camera
9) Productivity-

  • Work- 12pm-7pm (originally 12-10 but got sent home early because it was slow)

Act 2!

This really isn't much different than Act 1 but I figured that I would assign it it's own. It has changed to fit being in Wisconsin a bit.

Bedtime: 12:30am
Get up by: 8:30am
Water: 64 oz per day
Food: 3 full balanced meals
Exercise: 5 days a week
       2 times pilates
       4 times gym
       3 times outdoors
Bible/Daily Devotions
Budget: Record what we spend and on what
Vlog: Record something every day
Productivity: Cleaning, School, Work, Creativity Etc.

Sunday June 12
1) I went to bed at 2 or 3
2) I got up at 9am
3) Water -1 glass
4) Bible-2 Kings 5
5) Exercise-Pilates!We were there for an hour but it was probably only 30min actual exercise....we were laughing to much

6) Foodz: 
Breakfast- Chocolate Protein Breakfast Drink
Second Breakfast- none
Lunch-Enchilada, rice, beans, chips, salsa
Snack-fruit roll-up, Gluten-free brownie and a glass of milk
Dinner-garlic, butter, lemon chicken, green beans, strawberries and citrus drink
After Dinner Snack-Yoplait whipps chocolate raspberry yogurt
7)School: 
  • I am out of school for the summer but plan to work on learning Japanese so I already know some when I attend my class for it in the fall.

  • Sephre's Room (shhhh)
    • I just grabbed the dishes and brought them downstairs to put them in the dishwasher
