Act 3 - Scene 19

Doing pretty good so far!
  1. I went to bed at 9:30 and got to sleep around 10:30!
  2. Got up at 5am
  3. -15oz
    -20oz
    -20oz
    -10oz
    Total: 65oz! almost goal!
  4. Breakfast: one large piece breakfast bake(5:15am)
    Snack: most of a "brain bar" granola/nut/etc. bar and two shots of espresso with cream (9am)
    Lunch: half of a market bowl: mixed greens, quinoa, cranberries, almonds, brussel sprouts with bacon and a lemon basil vinaigrette (11am)
    Snack: small iced chai latte (1:30pm)
    Dinner: one large piece breakfast bake and a cinnamon roll (5pm)
    Snack:X
  5. Exercise? After 10 hours on my feet, it wasn't an option
  6. Devotional? :/ no
  7. Spent about $8 on the market bowl and forgot the feta cheese
  8. Creating? .......good customer experiences
  9. - Ate breakfast and got ready for work
    -Worked 5:45am-4:10pm
    -Ate dinner
    -Updated all needed parties
    -Took care of Baby
    -Socialized with roomate and her boyfriend
  10. Did not force myself to exercise and rested my body in quiet after spending a lot of energy "people-ing" and on my feet today.
The rest of my stuff moves here tomorrow!
